Q.  Do you require any minimum?

A.  No, there are no minimums required.

Q.  May I see samples?

A.  Yes. We have over 20 different kinds of hats to preview, as well as both polo and tee-shirts in various colors and sizes. And much more!

Q.  What are your set-up fees?

A.  The set-up fee includes digitizing and can range from $25 - $65, depending upon the detail of the project.

Q.  May I see a sample of my stitched logo?

A.  Absolutely!  All designs must be approved by the customer prior to the beginning of production.

Q.  What are your shipping fees?

A.  You will be charged exactly what UPS charges. There are no handling fees.

Q.  What is your turn-around time?
A.  Usually 5-7 days.

Q.  What about rush orders?

A.  All rush orders are charged $25 on any order needed within three days.

Q.  How do you accept payment?
A.  At this time, we only accept cash, money orders or checks. Soon, we will be accepting VISA as well.
